Under Nines retain unbeaten tournament record to win Plate final at Cheddar

Nailsea Under Nines took their  unbeaten tournament record to the Cheddar Rugby festival on the final weekend of the season, and held off strong challenges from Chew Valley, Taunton Stockwood and others to retain this superb statistic.

Nailsea under Nines win Plate in Somerset Championships

Nailsea, unbeaten on the day, and only finding themselves in the plate competition by virtue of scoring less tries in the opening group matches, beat local rivals Yatton the semi final and overcome Keynsham in the Plate Final by three tries to one.
