Introduction to House Rules
We've established these Rules so that everyone can get the most out of the nbrfc Guestbook. These Rules protect all users by making sure the guestbook is safe and fun for everyone.
About your posts
Contributions must be civil and tasteful
No disruptive, offensive or abusive behaviour: contributions must be constructive and polite, not mean-spirited or contributed with the intention of causing trouble.
No unlawful or objectionable content: unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, racially offensive or otherwise objectionable material is not acceptable.
No spamming or non-rugby material:
No advertising
No impersonation
No inappropriate (e.g. vulgar, offensive etc) user names
Complaints
If you wish to complain about any entry, please contact the web-site manager immediately. Details are on our essentials page.
Safety
We advise that you never reveal any personal information about yourself or anyone else (for example: telephone number, or home address) If you have a helpful address to share, inform the web site manager using the 'Contact Us' link, and they will promote it if they see fit.
About the law
You may not submit any defamatory or illegal material of any nature at our website . This includes text, graphics, video, programs or audio.
Contributing material with the intention of committing or promoting an illegal act is strictly prohibited.
You agree to only post materials which are your own original work. You may not violate, plagiarise, or infringe on the rights of third parties including copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, personal, publicity, or proprietary rights.
If you're under 16
Please get your parents' permission before taking part in any discussion on this guestbook.
Never reveal any personal information about yourself (for example: your telephone number, mobile phone number, school name, home address or email address).
If you breach these Rules
If you fail to abide by these Rules, you will normally be contacted to inform you why your contribution has been failed or edited. The constitution of the Club also allows for a range of measures to be taken against club-members who breach these Rules in the same way as if they had broken general rules of the Club.
If you post or send offensive or inappropriate content anywhere on or to the site, and we consider such behaviour to be serious and/or repeated, we may use whatever information that is available to about you to stop any further such infringements. This may include informing relevant third parties such as your employer, school or email provider about the infringement/s.
Our current practice
At this current time, all contributions are reviewed before being published in the guestbook. We reserve the right to delete or edit any contribution, at any time, for any reason.

We acknowledge the rules laid out by the BBC covering contributions to BBCi, on which our own Rules have been based.
