SENIOR TRAINING
Training next week lads is as follows. Tuesday = as normal. Wednesday = Forwards only session (7pm) with guest scrum coach. Thursday = Backs only session (7pm). Obviously then game on Saturday.

  FORWARDS COACHING SESSION Wednesday 18th August 2010 Starting at 1845Hrs Paul Johnson Ex Scotland (A), Bristol and Glouster Prop will be taking a forwards session on the above date CAN ALL FORWARD PLAYERS ATTEND. This session will be instead of the Thursday night training session!!!!!!

Our Teams train on 

Tuesday and Thursday nights from 7pm, all senior players of any age and ability are welcome to turn up
